In this course, you pedal and go around Lake Jusanko, famous as one of the nation's most popular spots to catch Japanese freshwater clams. From Goshogawara to Lake Jusanko, you go north, passing through the countryside. Their "Clam Ramen" is so addictive because of the thick soup. Also, at Michinoeki Lake Jusanko Heights, please try their rich local dishes, such as "Ichiura Beef Phantom Steak Set" which uses rare Japanese Black cattle. On the way back, you can either ride Tsugaru Train and go back to Goshogawara or get off at some point and pedal again. Looking at the rice fields from the window is also great.
