"Arama Festival" is a very popular festival of Imabetsu Town. This is a religious festival to celebrate good harvests at the end of summer. A man and a woman pair up for dancing. In 2016, Hokkaido Shinkansen started running and Okutsugaru Imabetsu Station was built. This staion is the starting point for this course. First, we head to Tappizaki, the northernmost point of Tsugaru Peninsula. On the way to Tappizaki, you go up "National Stair Route 339." Winds blow like a dragon is flying. Getting over the strong winds, you will see the beautiful view of Tsugaru Strait. From the observation tower, you can see the strait and Hokkaido in the distance. You bike on Matsumae Street on your way back. This road continues for approximately 73km to the goal (Kanita Station).
